. How will I receive my digital product?

Your ebook is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery time is normally 1–2 hours.

. I did not receive my ebook. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If the file is still not found, contact us at digiovaonline@gmail.com and we will resend it.

. Are digital products refundable?

Digital items cannot be returned once delivered, so they are non-refundable. If you face a technical issue or did not receive your file, we will assist you.
